Returns & Shipping

SignsOverNITE.net (signsovernite.net) is a Signs OverNITE guide site. Orders are placed and shipped by our online stores, so the store you buy from handles returns and shipping. Here is a summary; the store’s own Returns page is the full policy.

Returns

• Chrome products (chrome emblems, chrome letters & numbers and other chrome items): only unopened items can be returned, within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays the return shipping. Refunds are issued the same day the returned item is received.
• Signs, stickers and decals: all signs, stickers and decals are custom made, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
• Contact us before returning an item so we can review the order and give you the correct next step.
